Massage Services 

Sessions devoted to you and your goals ~ we work as a team to determine what you need in treatment to keep you moving forward in your journey. 
Our therapists use a variety of techniques to treat you including (but not limited too): 
  • deep tissue work
  • myofascial release
  • trigger point release
  • intraoral techniques
  • isolytic release 
Massage therapy is a valuable tool to assist you in regaining function, decreasing pain & tension and promoting health and well-being. 

What you can expect at your session

You and your massage therapist are a team ~  Your initial assessment ​is for you to share with your therapist your concerns and your goals.  Your massage therapist will complete a history and physical assessment to determine the best treatment course with you to move you in the direction of your goals. 
Your therapist may also provide:
  • Education on your bodies current state 
  • Education on adjustments you could be making in your day-to-day to support your body
  • Stretches to help maintain the effects of the massage
